Description

This spectacular looking mountain isn't all that difficult of a climb. Hike to Grinnell Glacier via the trail. Nearing the moraines by the Glacier pick a line through the scree and head straight up. The scree is very tedius but ends with a Excellent exposed scramble near the summit.
For my descent I went down the West Ridge to the Swiftcurrent Glacier Basin. A beautiful basin with dying glaciers that feed the thundering falls at the head of the Swiftcurrent Valley. A lovely stroll through this basin took me to Swiftcurrent Pass where I hiked the trail back down.
