Description
|
Mount Siyeh has to be the Easiest Accessible
10,000' Peak in the Park. The views from the Summit are
spectacular. Cracker Lake is 4.200' right below you. Logan's
Pass is clearly recognizable, and the Prairies spread vastly out to the
East. Start at the Piegan Pass/Siyeh Pass Trail Head. When
the trail splits head towards Siyeh Pass. About .5 miles past the
split head towards Mount Siyeh. There is a Large Cliff band at the
base that is broken up by Drainage Gullies. Find the best gully
and ascend through the cliff band. From here keep scrambling till
near the summit. The summit is protected by cliffs, head to the
west (left) to bypass the cliff band. |
